On Friday, Wade turned six months and we took him and Jackson to the doctor. It was time for Jackson's 3 year visit too so we decided to kill two birds with one stone and get them both in. I literally thought we were killing two birds when it came time for shots, but Ryan came with me to help and we survived it!
Jackson did great with the doctor. He told her his full name, how old he was(showed her with his fingers too), his colors, his shapes and what he liked to eat (he said mac and cheese and pizza were among his favorites). I was so proud, he usually doesn't perform when I want him too but he did great! Here are his stats
Jackson 3 years:
*Height- 38 3/4 inches-80 percentile
*Weight- 32.6 lbs- 60 percentile
At 3 years old some of his favorite things to do are:
*Play with his trains and cars
*Jump on the trampoline, drive his little tykes car, play t-ball
*Play pretend everything! We constantly have to be on the look out for monsters in the grass, dragons around the corner and scary things! Lately he gets scared if you leave him alone for more than a few minutes but we are working on this!
*Play on daddy's iphone- he is one techy kid! he can maneuver that thing like it's nothing. He loves to watch trains on you tube, play puzzles and games and scroll through all of daddy's apps! He is a little intense sometimes and get mad when we have to take it away from him for dinner!
*Take pictures- he knows how to work my camera and loves to take it around and tell people to say cheese! He's getting better at taking pictures and they are pretty funny to look at!
*Snuggle with daddy before he goes to bed. It has to be daddy that takes him to bed and sweet Ryan lays with him until he falls asleep.
*Go to Nursery- he is the oldest in there now and pretty much runs the show. Every time we say the closing prayer after sacrament he says "yeah! it's time for nursery!" and runs to the door!
*Take Baths and Swim- He is learning to swim and loves the water! He will seriously stay in the tub for an hour if you let him! He swims in the tub and is afraid of nothing! Every time we say it's time to get out, he says "two more hours!"
*Love his baby brother- Even though sometimes his love comes out in a not so gentle way, he loves him all the same! Jackson will do anything he can to make Wade laugh and according to Wade, everything Jackson does is hilarious!

Wade- 6 months stats!
Height- 26 1/2 inches- 55th percentile
Weight- 17 lbs,13 oz- 60th percentile
Head Circumference- 18.25 inches- 97th percentile
Wade is becoming quite the little guy with the big personality! Here are some things he's accomplished this past month:
*Sits by himself for a little while
*Babbles a lot! Ryan's favorite phrase he utters is dadadadadadada
*Has two teeth! His bottom two are in and the doctor said his top two are on their way!
*Eats yellow and green vegetables and is starting fruits! He loves all of them and has decided rice cereal is just too boring now so he won't eat it!
*Recognizes his name when he is called. He always gives us a big smile and his eyes light up when we say his name!
*Has started to grab everything! He is very quick to grab anything you put in front of him, including food, toys and his favorite is paper!
*Shakes his head "no" and mimics you when you do it.
*Has become quite the lady killer! He woo's everybody in sight, especially old ladies. I was at Costco the other day and we were stopped by 3 old ladies before I even passed the electronics section! Sometimes he hides his head in my shoulder and pretends to be shy, he is quite the flirt!
